Study Buddy Warranty and Technical Information

Operation Notes:

Insert Cartridges firmly.  They can only fit in one way.

Batteries can only be replaced at the factory.

Never attempt to remove or replace the batteries.

Fully charged batteries last for 8 hours.  They take 6 to 8 hours to charge with the AC adapter/charger.

Take care not to put objects on, or let liquid spill onto the LCD screen.

Warranty, Repair and Replacement Policy

Study Buddies are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing and material defects for one year.  Please fill out the warranty card on the back page of the guide and mail to Brainchild Corporation, 2706 S. Horseshoe Dr., Naples, FL 34104.

Limited Warranty

Study Buddies, when used under normal use and service, are warranted to the original purchasers against defective workmanship or materials, for 1 year from the date of purchase.  This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident or misuse.  Repair or replacement as provided under warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer.  If you experience problems, contact Brainchild at 1-800-811-2724, during normal business hours, Eastern Standard Time,.  There is a $100 charge for LCD screen replacement due to misuse.
